850度預熱-1050度加熱-620度分級,時間一般為2-3分鐘-油冷卻至200度左右-(或260度貝氏體等溫)-520回火2-3次,每次2小時。
硬度在56—61HRC左右。

不能說硬度60HRC必須開裂。開裂的原因有很多,可以參考耿工的說明逐一檢查。開裂的原因有很多,可以參考耿工的說明逐一檢查。淬火后直接開裂可能有以下原因:
1)材料加熱過程不合適。
2)冷卻不當,在Ms溫度低于快速冷卻,應力過大。
3)工件截面尺寸差異過大,或孔洞較多,或應力集中。
4)淬火加熱溫度過高,晶粒粗大,脆性大。過熱時晶界氧化或熔化。
5)工件未預熱,加熱速度過大導致加熱開裂。
6)原組織不良、網狀共晶碳化物或球化退火不良,或原料微裂紋,淬火時裂紋膨脹開裂。
7)重復淬火前未進行中間退火。
8)淬火后未及時回火。
用260-280貝氏體等溫淬火1050,模具的韌性會大大提高,不會開裂。
